The Sublo and Tangy Mustard retrospective screening at Animation Block Party went great! Huge thank you to everybody who came, asked questions and hung out afterward! I had an amazing weekend hanging with old friends, making new ones, eating tasty food, seeing cool stuff and feeling lots of love for what we've been doing with S&TM over the years. (not that the show is done, still working on new episodes!) We filmed the Q&A and I'll be posting at least some of it online as soon as possible!

We're doing a Sublo and Tangy Mustard retrospective screening at Animation Block Party this Saturday (Aug 19) at 4pm at BAM Rose Cinemas in Brooklyn NY! You should totally come see it, we're going to play a bunch of episodes, some never-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage and do a live Q&A with Sublo (Ryan Long), Tangy Mustard (Kevin Doan) and me! I've put up a 52-page digital artbook PDF on my Patreon for the most recent episode of Sublo and Tangy Mustard, "Nightclub!" Here's an interview I did for Jim Richardson's Animateducated youtube channel! We talked about various aspects of making Sublo and Tangy Mustard -- writing, planning records, the actors and their characters, trying to balance it all with industry work, and more. We also talk a bit about Fester Fish and DMX Meets David Bowie, my experience in college, demo reels, how I got into the industry. I wish we could have talked longer about Smokey and the Bandit, I love that movie.

Sublo and Tangy Mustard season 3 episode 3 "Nightclub" is almost done! Maybe a little over a week away from coming out. I'll put a trailer out in the next few days, but in the meantime I've posted a full scene you can watch over on my patreon. Also as usual, folks who pledge $5 or more on there get their name in the episode credits! Once I'm finished the episode, I plan to share a big 'production pack' on my Patreon. It'll include FLA files, backgrounds, character designs, music, script, thumbnails, animatic and my production journal!

Also, I've obviously posted a few Sublo music tracks on here but I still gotta put out the proper full soundtrack I promised for Sublo and Tangy Mustard seasons 1+2, I have the tracks ready to go including demo versions & liner notes for all you nerds like me. I just gotta put 'em up on bandcamp or whatever. Patrons will get access to that too!

But anyway here's a pic from the episode and I just wanna say I'm really excited to put this one out, it's the biggest episode yet and I think it's gonna be a good one.
